i couldn’t find any other pic that describes perfectly how i feel right now. forreal though, i only started this blog a couple weeks back and there are already so many of you. so thank you all so much for joining me on this crazy ass adventure with rin. i am super excited to see what the future holds and how much i’ll be able to develop rin and all the different relationships (good and bad) that he’ll make. gives you all the smooches and sprinkles you with love. this is just a compilation of those that i’ve interacted with or just admire from hella far.

OKAY !! first, i do, in fact, ship Caibel. i actually ship everything (esp deimos && happiness ) but, while i do have my hopes for them, i can’t see Abel loving Cain. trust, loyalty, maybe even fondness,it’s all there– i’m not going to deny that. regardless, the thought of Abel really feeling as if he was in love with Cain just isn’t there for me to consider.
As for why, it’s quite simple: in both the comic && Eclipse, Abel shows a strong desire to protect. a sense of responsibility that easily overtakes him; perhaps a hero complex ( though it may be a very questionable one. ) He is shown in a constant state of struggle, mostly internal && against his brainwashed self. He fights against himself, hopelessly attempting to warn Helios of his wrong doings && it’s painfully obviousout of place Abel’s thoughts seem to be. Despite that, though,he still considered everyone else. He still gave himself the option of jumping out the airlock. He still played with the idea of sacrificing himself so everyone could be safe. In the comic, he saved Praxis without a second thought. He jumped into the Sleipnir with all intentions to fight for everyone other than himself. He promised Cain would make it back. He promised that Cain would live, whether it cost his own life or not.As I see it, that’s what is taking the place of love, as most portray. His selfless caring for everyone on that ship masks whatever love Abel could’ve had for Cain. TL;DR: Abel just doesn’t have time for it. So he doesn’t look into it.
But, do consider that Eclipse is an Alternate Universe. None of that game actually happens canonly, so I may very well find myself to be proven wrong later. Though, quite honestly, i’d love to be proven wrong on this. Because it’s clearly evident Cain has deeper feelings. The last time he appeared in the comic,guilt was written all over that pretty face once he realized how much trust Abel held in him. I do think Cain is suddenly becoming aware of how much his feelings have developed over their time together, going beyond the sex && their jobs.
He chose this path. This was what he had wanted-- what he had dreamed of being. He worked && he fought, yes, child, he's fought through it all. && this is who he want to be, he knows this is who he must be, but things have changed; he has more to lose, now.
He has so much more to lose, now, boy. He wants to protect everyone, though he's not so sure you can. He have doubt in your heart but he goes on with him because losing is not an option for him. It isn't an option for his partner, either, but it's better that way; he is your fuel. He is your sun.
His name is Ethan, but they've given him the task name 'ABEL.' The fighter he's been paired with has become the force behind his power && his lover. He cannot let him down. This is his chance to protect who he loves.

They were forced to do it. After the serum had been leaked to create titan shifters out of orphaned children, they had no other choice. They made a sub-group within the Scouting Legion, of which goes by the name The Alliance. They call their soliders Navigators, their shifter to be Fighters. They train the atifcials into war objects, into weaponry they had chain to bed. It is where he works, where he trains with a shifter named Cain. They've become one of the best, but one of them is bound to die.
